Yummy Yummy in My Tummy

I made pancakes for lunch today - the perfect food for a weekend at home.

Pancake Mix:
2 cups unbleached white flour
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3 tsp baking powder (the kind without the alum)
1 tsp salt

To make the pancakes mix:
1 cup pancake mix
1 cup milk or buttermilk
1 egg
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp honey

Add some blueberries or bananas or diced apples to make fruit pancakes
Top with pure maple syrup - Enjoy:)
